YMCA of the Chippewa Valley

The equipment orientation is free to all members ages 12 and up and is led by knowledgeable staff who will teach you how to use the cardiovascular and strength machines correctly and safely to optimize your experience at the YMCA.

Available via phone call or via virtual video service such as Zoom.  Your personal trainer will contact you with instructions.  The Complimentary Wellness Consultation is a free appointment for all YMCA members to meet with a Certified Personal Trainer to assess their individual health and fitness goals, and then determine the best plan of action to accomplish those goals at the YMCA.  Please come dressed for activity.
